I wonder what is nightly ver and is it recommend to switch stable ver to nightly ver?

Once stuff is semi stable its pushed to nightly
Once the nightly is completely stable its pushed to well stable
Pros are bugfixes and QOL features come earlier
Cons are bugs can be pushed
