No matter how many times i reboot my internet, place my pairing file, refresh side, i cant seem to sign in. I cant even put in my information. Does anyone know what to do?

Honestly I think turned off my VPN then i changed my DNS to automatic if i remember correctly. Sorry i forgot to update!!!
