#Still on iOS 26.3.1, best practices to update?

Hello! I'm looking for some best practices on how to update to iOS 26.4 in my current situation. I understand that switching to the nightly build will allow me to update.

I'm currently still using StosVPN and have not updated my iOS yet, but I would like to soon for security fixes. When I update iOS + switch to nightly, do I need to uninstall StosVPS and install iloader?

Or is it recommend to just start fresh and uninstall Sidestore + sideloaded apps? (or should I just wait for stable lol)

iOS version: 26.3.1
Sidestore: 0.6.2 (0602)
StosVPN currently still active + working

Mhm, I figured that, that's why I wasn't sure how to properly update and switch, since I should probably update my iOS (mainly for the security updates)

Stable does work ok 26.4 and above

It's currently automated, so I was lucky I caught the issue and stopped my auto-update of iOS lol

Once u update ur ios

Download iloader on pc

And do it via that

In my opinion if ur sidestore is not too old, it’ll just replace it

And keep ur apps

All in all if u end up updating ur ios, sidestore will work both on stable and nightly
