iDevice_pair not opening (different reason then being deleted for malware)

My macbook is giving me this message after attempting to open iDevicePair. I have it set to open any application from "anywhere" in privacy and security settings, I used this command, "codesign --remove-signature /Applications/iDevicePair.app" and allowed it to run in settings. Anybody also get this problem? I originally wasn't able to run it because mac os told me it was malware and it would get auto deleted. Now I have this problem. Anybody know what's going on?

but you can try chmod
