Can't uninstall sideloaded app from old Sidestore Install

This is a fairly unique problem but the "simple" solution is factory resetting my phone and I'd rather not do that.

I installed StikJIT through sidestore some time ago and let it expire by accident.
When I upgraded SideStore at some point, it became an app I cannot uninstall.
It does not show up in SideStore but is considered as an app that counts towards the 3 app limit.

I believe my best course of action would be to install StikJIT through SideStore again to solve this problem.
However it looks like since I did this, there's no longer an IPA source for StikJIT anymore since they got accepted to the App Store.

I'd ask for an old IPA someone may have but that sounds slightly risky and I'm unsure if that's against the rules.
I've also posted in the StikDebug/IDevice Discord server just to see if I can get some support there too.

Yeah. It’s really strange. Can’t uninstall it, and it counts towards my app install total. :/

Ok so the issue has gotten MUCH worse now

I can’t deactivate apps since SideStore can’t uninstall them???

Surely I’m just missing some kind of stupid setting somewhere right?
