A few weeks ago I installed SideServer and SideStore. Everything was working perfectly. Then I had a problem and had to reset my iPhone settings and after that SideStore kept telling me that I had to connect to a WiFi network and a VPN. Obviously I was connected to the WiFi and the VPN configured with the configuration file on the official website. I tried reinstalling everything, Installing it via AltServer, recreating the VPN and re-associating with the home WiFi but nothing, it keeps telling me the same thing. Please help me to solve this problem. I use MacOS and an iPhone with iOS18.1

a new pairing file is needed
i also had the issue it didnt help tbh
i got the issue and went to my settings -> general -> vpn thing and deleted all my apps and reinstalled sidestore with altserver
and created a new pairing file
and i refreshed sidestore into itself and it worked
and now it is solved
hope it will help !
I had a somewhat similar experience recently. I cant say for sure wether this will help or not, but here it is:
My sidestore stopped refreshing my apps. I had tried to fully redownload SideStore, even disabling and enabling developer mode so I could refollow the install guide on the get started page. I did everything as it said, but it just didnt work. Then i got this support in quick support:
This is the process you are likely going to have to do every time from now on.
- Disable WireGuard, then enable it
- Close every single app in the app switcher
- Open only SideStore, then spam refresh
The first step is just to make sure you have WireGuard enabled as far as im aware. The guy in quick-support told me that the second step has to do with WireGuard not being able to route through more than one application at a time. The third step is again first off because of WireGuard not routing through more than one application, but also due to some part of SideStore called Minumixer (i think) is slow, so it should work if you just spam it for a few seconds.
If none of that helped, then yeah its probably your pairing file.
i just did this and it doesn’t work
