Can’t refresh nor sideload apps even after reinstall

Yesterday I couldn’t refresh my apps, even though I had WireGuard enabled. I decided to install the nightly version of the SideStore (using altstore, and it was installed using it as well) and it also won’t sideload apps. Any info to fix?

I used the same jitterbug pairing file
