#Question about some functions

This should be working in SideStore. When you deactivate an app the app is then backup in the background to save all information for later use when reactivating it. This includes if you have games in an emulator. I do this constantly when I switch emulator for testing.
Now if you are talking about a cloud backup or connectivity with let say Google drive or iCloud I’m not sure about this. This is more than an off topic question or general. When it comes to this you can talk about it on #general #off-topic instead. If you are having issues with SideStore and need support you can come and post you issue here #1020114888720384032 😀 how this help!
I mean when I click back up button of the activated app, sidestore just crashes.
Which version are you on?
Also did you sideloaded it with altserver
0.5.4 and I used altserver.
Get a new pairing file, reboot your device, and connect to the vpn. Sometimes you have to keep spamming the activate app to restore it
No the activate, deactivate function works properly but backup, export backup, restore backup (appears when long press activated app) don’t work
For those function you need to be on the vpn. Just reboot your device, if it doesn’t work you will need a new pairing file.
The workaround would be to activate and reactivate an app. This create and restore a backup for your desire app. I will need to test regular backup later on. I’m away from home at the moment.
To be specific ‘export backup’ works but ‘back up’ and ‘restore backup’ makes sidestore crash when clicked.
Doing what I mentioned could fix the issue. I need to do some testing. The workaround like I mentioned will be activating and deactivating an app.
Also if the bundle id doesnt match the backup it will not work
What I mean it I seem app use a bundle ID then change it to a different one
This will cause issues with the backups
