I set up Sidestore on my mom's iPhone 13 Pro and a week has passed, now none of the Apps including Sidestore are accessible anymore. The Wireguard VPN is active and she's always connected to WIFI at home so it should refresh the apps automatically which it doesn't... On my iPhone 15 Pro it works perfectly fine and refreshes after about 3-4 days. Any ideas what it could be?

You can regain access to it by installing it without deleting the app
It’ll refresh it and you’ll be able to refresh the other apps
Also ensure sure it’s actually staying in the background
Like it’s still open passively
