You will have to reinstall the app from Sideserver or altserver since you don’t access to app.

You don’t have to everything again. You just have to do the first step which is installing SideStore to your phone and since you have already install the app all data save in SideStore will still be intact.

Do i have to delete it now from my phone?

You don’t need to delete the SideStore app from your phone. Your computer can refresh the app if you reinstall the app from your computer. If you delete the app all current data will be lost in the app, so I don’t recommend deleting the app.
