Ok so i have two apple ids. I installed sidestore with the id i am using now. But now i want to switch my id. If i logout my id from my device(not from sidestore) and login with my other acc. Will it effect sidestore?

Swapping accounts in sidestore when refreshing will create new app that uses your new appid from the new appleid.
