I see 5G, you have to be on WiFi for SideStore to work

You have to have the special hotspot symbol or the WiFi symbol afaik

Doesn’t work over cellphone network, the only silver lining is when you use hotpot from a phone to another.

iOS limitation. Hardcoded by Apple. It’s a good thing, means nobody can hack your device over a cellular network

As unlikely as it is, it’s mostly a precaution. I personally think it’s for the better

Not sure about public wifi to be honest. I will stay away from those.
