Just updated to the newer ios 16, now i can’t refresh my apps.

I’ve tried:

resetting pairing file
restarting vpn
restarting wifi

It keeps on saying that I can’t refresh and to check the wifi/vpn. any ideas?

Did you regenerate your pairing file, or just reset it?

Try using jitterbugpair again and sending the new file to your phone
