So I click refresh on all the apps and the only way to actually refresh the apps is to deactivate and reactivate them, but I can’t do that with sidestore itself anyone got a fix?

It happening for me too. I refresh the apps it show 7 days but the app id expiration is not changing, to test i've waited the app id to expire, the app doesnt exist in the list even though the sidestore says it will expire in 7 days tried to open that apps and it says that the app is no longer available which meant it was already revoked
The only way i can refresh the apps is to reinstall it.

Yes and that means you need computer again when apple revoked cert of sidestore.

A few people have actually had them not refresh but in most cases it is just a visual bug

It’s not a visual bug, my apps expired today and they actually expired
