@limpid smelt I was thinking about the Meridian mission. I wonder if with 4 people the shriekers are more spread out so they don’t kill you as fast.

I was talking to Cid about the same thing. It is a little weird that it shows two mission icons when there’s only one. There’s also no tracker to show progress. It’s hard to tell what’s a (dev) bug and what’s intended. It might just be a suicide mission that they want people talking about as part of lore.

I'm sure they have more planned too, like they've hinted at Cyborgs. We've seen skeletons of the Hive Lords from the first game. They've also teased new vehicles.
It's a live service so they have much more content planned than one other faction.

Although, Arrowhead is a relatively small indie team so it'll take time.

Also drop pod skins seem like a waste/filler. You barely see/watch them fall. The animation last all 5 seconds max. And drop ship skins are cool but I assume it only shows what the host has selected so it doesn’t matter what you unlocked only the party host?

Don’t get me wrong I love this theme. I’m just voicing some concerns. I don’t want this to be like Fortnite stickers and sprays where the battle pass is full of crap that we’ll never use.

Hopefully the weapons will be more impactful this time. I didn't think the Polar Patriots weapons in particular were worthwhile. Grenade Pistol is the only thing I still use from Democratic Detonation.

I'm all for higher quality and polish.

Just posting them for a reference. While I enjoy cosmetics I dont know if I'll spend $10 a month for a pack of mostly cosmetic content. Which is fine, thats just my opinion. I think we knew the pace of content was a little much and unsutainable. Like realeasing the 3rd faction so soon.

I always earn enough Super Credits to buy new Warbonds without paying real money. It helps that they provide some credits with each Warbond, but farming points of interest (particularly bunkers) works too.

Let’s be honest though… out of ALL of those warbonds, how many of those primaries and secondaries do you use regularly?

I would rather they work on armor sets that grant bonuses. Give me helmets that do things.

Give me a helmet that has active night vision for those pitch black night side missions!

Or thermal vision to locate Stalkers!

Give me an air to air stratagem that I can use to fight shriekers and patrol ships. I think it would be cool as hell to be able to call in the Pelican with rocket pods and a minigun to fire on the air to air enemies.

Even better, a Pelican where the doors open on the side that lands, picks you up and gives you a ride with a minigun so you can shoot from.

Seems like Chargers spawn way more often now, but I don't think there's any way to prevent it so it helps if the whole squad has Orbital Railcannons, and Quesars or anti-tank. I see 4 at a time regularly.
