Does it mean you don't find them in the ModLauncher?
Or that restoring them doesn't work?

Thank you, I finally figured it out via copy/pasting the files manually. Just in case - is there a restore feature in the ModLaunch?

There is.

Mod Settings -> Backup Manager -> select the entry you want to restore -> restore
