When scrapping an item using shift+s for prio crafting, its not giving you exp.

yeah thats not enough info. you dont get craft exp unless you are scrapping something you can not craft yet.

mainly you get exp from using books.

if you could just craft and scrap the same bone knife over and over again everyone would just have max knife

i can craft/scrap bone knife and axe for example for exp, clubs are not working

In this case it is a bug for the bone knife and stone axe.

If you can't craft the item yourself you get xp from scrapping. You don't get xp from scrapping just because you looted it
