this has more to do with the perks, but as was stated, there are ideas for additional perks in the works and was even a thread opened for people's opinions on some that they are thinking of changing. This is one of those "need patience" things. They seem to already be aware of this and are making adjustments.

is this just singletarget? Idk about buffing some of the others when used in the situation they were meant for.
Like with the Sledgehammer costing 0 additional stamina that hits every target in range with the same amount of damage with its special 'Cleave' attack - and it's a plausible situation too: nearing end of T4/T5 POI but gun's broken or out of ammo and you're about to trigger the final room that swarms you with like a bajillion hostiles. Surely that buffs the sledgehammer 'dps' in the places it shine in.

Yeah I feel like there is risk/reward to consider as well. Knife you gota be close, and there is no slow down, stun, or stagger mechanics with the knife. Even knuckles have associated perks and book collection that make them strong at direct damage and combat flow (pain resist reduction, healing punches, etc)
