I'd say instead of 'drop item to ground', instead kick the item into your inventory. Dropping it onto the ground could be to punishing- having to open inventory in combat is already rough enough

Arguably that would be worse. If your perception isn't great, you'd lose a second to locate it, to click and whatnot. If it fell on the floor, you could dodge a bit and pick it up. It should get right back into the slot you were using. But the point is moot since those "no weapons for you" zombies will shine like lanterns so you'll avoid them.

Looks like just a TI not realistic or fitting in the lore either so, very hash to make them fit in. Opening a door and getting your weapon/tool snatched is different and difficult without conscience.

Then the zombies will steal your weapons and you'll lose them permanently like in RLCraft. Lots of tears. I don't want that lol it's annoying to have your weapons wrenched from you and then potentially despawned forever

It is hard again to fit this in the lore, I don't think it fits and it is not really a thing that I believe would be appreciated either. I might be wrong but...it is supposed to be a hardcore overhaul with realism. How do you fit this in realismamysfeThought

That pushes boundaries because picture this you just get yourself a fancy whatever weapon then you just lost it and got no chance or barely to retrieve it

On the coding part you would need to make sure this entity never dispawn if they get your weapon...

I understand but first is to fit that new entity there and I don't see it <shrug> I would much more go for a Z that can come and try steal something from you but it's another level of smart here and same not really fitting ^^

Imo if some very smart like that are one day included we need to give a chance to the end-user to target them.

Maybe as an alternative: you are able to smash down zombies. What if some of them were also able to do so? On a very hard hit there is a chance to stumble and you cannot counterattack immediately.

When you get stunned you can't fight back immediately can youamysfeThought I don't get hit by them usually amysfeLaugh but I think when you get stunned there is that concussion icon and countdown for like 3 seconds I think
