Make sure you are deleting older versions of Afterlife from your Mods folder, before adding the updated version. This will guarantee there is no conflicts with the newer version. It will help to troubleshoot any NEW issues with Afterlife. As you can see in this Pic, the names of these Folders have been changed in different versions. Make sure you have the correct files in your Mods folder. Thus deleting and reinstalling new version is the best way. ALSO Clients not using Mod Launcher, you need to do this as well! Delete all files out of your Mods Folder EXCEPT 0_TFP_Harmony Folder!!! Then add the newest version of Afterlife. IF YOU ARE using Mod Launcher, CHECK your Mods folder in your games directory, usually here C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods and make sure the only Mod in this Folder is 0_TFP_Harmony Thats it!!

Hey community, not sure if I can port here or make a new post. I need a little guidance with hosting a server in Unraid, I have uploaded the mod files to the server Mod folder, made a map in the client and also uploaded to the server, I changed the serverconfig.xml to point to the new map, but the server boots and crashes over and over, did I miss a step somewhere?

I have been trying to setup the server before the update tho 😄 so you are down 5$, here is the log, the server boots on the nave normal map and all the prefabs, but not in the new ones, I cannot figure out what I need to do. Afterlife mods are in the mod folder, do I need to modify anything so it loads the mods somewhere?

that's your docker log - looks fine. what you need to look at is the output log in your gamedir. if you're using the ich777 docker then it will be in <mod dir>/7DaysToDie_Data/output_log.txt

is it possible that the servr need to use my GPU but is not detecting it?

yeah, that's an issue with the steam libraries. if you set the docker to verify on startup, what happens? I'm a bit pedantic, so I use a different serverconfig.xml and that lets me do a full verify each restart

not a problem brother, I am learning here. how do I set it to verify? in serverconfig.xml, Im using Unraid and the ich777 docker

If you choose edit on the docker there's an option to verify that you can set to true. The only issue with doing that is each time it starts it will overwrite your config if you use the default serverconfig.xml filename

I only changed the ssever config to the name and seed and size of the new map, but it just crash and say the map dont exist
