The keycard, flare and fal drop is/was bugged for a lot of people, there's not much you can do about it besides wait and hope unfortunately.
The streamer item drop is also bugged for some people as it can give a camera lens instead of an actual streamer item.
Whether they will give out compensation or not is currently unknown.
