So the first time it happened it happened to the one I had for like a year or two, so i sent it in and a week or two later I got it back and a week after that it broke the exact same way, so then I sent it back again and it broke the second I took it out of the box I didn't even pair it to my phone yet, and then I get 50 bucks in store compensation and a new headset (the current one Im using) and it happened 23 seconds after turning it on, non of this cost any money thankfully but now they want me to send it in again and like idek if that's worth at this point
