yah unfortunately there isn't any second party controller makers for the Quest 2 un-like how you can use just about any controller on a PCVR headset, now there are ways to setup and use a non-quest controllers but you do need a PC and to have the Quest2 connected to the PC

Those clowns at Sony didn't charge the controller batteries properly.

The display colors look good though, especially the black levels, and whites can be quite bright. There's some amount of glare and quite visible chromatic aberration when looking at white text on black background, but it's not very noticeable in the game. Lenses are pretty clean, but have weird sweet spot. I had to position the headset lower, but then it was pushing on my nose, so I also had to move it further from my face. But there's absolutely no light getting into the headset thanks to the huge rubber gasket around your face.

I hate the cable (too short for my setup even with 1m extension), I hate the in-ear headphones (never liked them, they don't stay in), and I'm not a fan of the halo headstrap (couldn't figure out how to put it on comfortably). I like the HTC's deluxe audio strap, that shit just suites me the best.

Controllers are okay, tracking works well 95% of time, sometimes they slightly drift. Using wrist straps instead of Index like straps is a little wasted opportunity. I was initially worried about the grip button, which is not analog like on the Pico and Quest controllers, but digital (on/off) like on the Vive wands. But it actually has capacitive sensor, so depending on the game, you don't have to hold it down, just put a finger on it. Haptic triggers are okay I guess, I only played Horizon and the trigger pressure doesn't translate well to bow and arrow. Might be different story for FPS games.

The headset haptics is interesting feature. It's kinda similar to powerful subwoofer for movies. You can feel the ground shaking.
