My pop died 2 years after I was born. He died in Kosovo. Never knew him.

Not as built as he was in the Air Force but he’s a fucking unit for sure

Genetically dispositioned to not loose muscle

Every day of the week it’s either working out or running

And my bones are more dense than normal, so more muscle cause they can handle it
