It can be a bit of a drag because of how big and empty it is, but the new orange on island is no joke better than most purple vaults rn.

It's still got the big box like usual, but in addition it's got a locker and small crate. What makes it better is the loot rarity. I've gotten 3 GPUs, flip sights, a spear, plenty of orange and purple keycard while island and matka purple are still spawning JPC vests and vectors. TLDR the loots just better.

since to other guy (no offense) didn’t really explain tatras spawns very well, his first spawn is 3rd floor, at the food court. follow the long hallway down near the chinese restaurant. he spawns in the middle of the makeshift hospital where there’s a big window showing matka meist.
and his next spawn is inside the GAPPO store, he’s on the second floor of GAPPO in the very back hiding behind the little arches infront of the changing booths.
Hope this helps a little more.

Mintys got one about 20 missions in. Spectre used to have one early on but it seems to have been removed as it was based on old island. But you can actually check for yourself on the GoT wiki. It lays out all quests and the respective awards but it still has some from pre wipe that were removed.
