I’m still considering even getting a gun stock for the game. I’m on Quest 3. Does having a stock make that big of a difference? And is looting and stuff janky with one?

Gunstocks in general can make a huge difference in just about any shooting game... but they take time to adjust to, build muscle memory, and the like to really lock in/down the benefits.

But regardless they steady shots and help keep your two hands connected in a stable line with or without a butt stock.

Looting... really depends on the stock design, your preferances, and again muscle memory (when it comes to the stocks you have to drop entirely and reconnect back into)

The 20 day wait is reassuring and yeah i have the magtube that I can use until my butcher gets here but I really couldn’t get it set up correctly to where it feels natural to me and I hate having to wear a sling

Right. Once I got the butcher, I can’t imagine going back to the sling. It is heavier than I expected, but you get used to it quickly, and the trade off in speed is worth the weight

Yes and no, Pros: steady aim/reliable aim, and you can play far back if you main island. Cons: trouble looting (only a tabor thing), you’re slower to ADS so if someone is skilled with no stock they might kill you.

are you aware of the MODs you can put on it? it's the main appeal aside from the starter price imo

can turn it into a single stock, magnetic split stock, got different buttstock styles, upgraded adjustability mods etc coming very soon

The Quick Shot can be used with or without a butt stock, but you can't change that during a match like the Tomahawk you could mid match...

For a game like breachers that is more fast paced I would probably suggest no butt stock, but being a split design with nothing in front of the controllers makes it very easy to loot... Particularly as the stock never leaves your hands

All eSports players I ever met never used OneStock. Except free sponsorship to just show up.

Some old school players use tubes in Pavlov by inertion from old times. But many of them, yea, use iStock throwing away their tubes long ago and writing to me. And it's the only stock that doesn't really interrupts their gameplay in Breachers and Vail so far. iStock is really used there, because it only works well. In fact. And Tomahawk in SMG mode too, a bit. Only a bit. With couple of tens players.

About Skolvr stocks in eSports it's whole another story. It is should be completely different approach, as always, on wich I am right now working with couple of teams in Vail and Breachers leagues. And that's going to be pure eSports dedicated thing. Nothing in common with tubes.

So far I can name about 30-35 esportsmen with Tomahawks/Butchers instead of tubes in Pavlov, Vail and Breachers, especially in Pavlov where even tubes on slings are somehow still competitive, but that is very far from my aim to make the pure eSports stock.

No wonder to be competitive with tube in Pavlov. You can be competitive there with broomstick on the rope too. Breachers is completely different. That is the game I am fully focused at. And Vail too.

It's so not smart to doubt that I'm getting daily requests for sponsorship of eSports teams. That's the easiest way to provide stocks to somebody, and that is telling and proving nothing so far about the quality of any of gunstocks.

The haptic stuff for force tube basically used a highspeed motor to push a plate out from the stock and into your shoulder at different speeds and forces depending on the rifle
