Maybe like two of these I have ever ran into, doesn’t change the fact my containers disappear of their shelves, guns don’t save on the gun wall, my mannequins lose items sometimes, bags can disappear with loot inside them during raid, mags in bunker can fall through the earth, ammo pouches appear on hip in raid even though you took it off, etc. and don’t forget the crashing an being unable to rejoin because the option doesn’t ever appear

A lot of the ones they were working on were very game breaking which needed immediate attention and most of these are probably in the works rn of being fixed

Just do a shiro quest or two when you hit a roadblock with Jiri, but I believe one in the None-Delta segment and one in the Delta-Alpha segment
