OKay while servers are down. I have been putting up with and issue that at times drives me mad. On loading into the bunker during the first minite of setup , GoT connectees to chat servers , then goes into checking Pings For Regions. While its doing this the game freezes ?? any one else experienced this ?

i believe you do the quest after orientation/prove your worth (the quest is called "tracked and hunted") and then after that you do the quest that unlocks delta container "a job done right"
