Hey I am trying to swap to a new phone its asking for a QR code for pass phrase but i don't have that. I have a pass phrase text but there is no way to do it. Help would be appreciated thank you

how are you trying to swap? if you use an ente account, you should just be able to log in to your existing account on the new device

Yeah, I click existing user type email, then enter verification code. It opens a browser with Login with Pass phrase. But there is no option to type it in

you've added a passkey to your account. if you no longer have access to your passkey, please read the recovery part: https://help.ente.io/photos/features/passkeys#recovery. it'll explain how to recover your account using your recovery key.

I have a passkey but its the text one though. There is just no option for it on Android i assume.... Cant remember what i did on my current phone aha

managed to login via my PC browser using that key

Oh wait ignore me i think i did the recovery bit on my PC so will try the same on my phone
