I recently was trying to log-in to my Ente app and It logged me out (never happened before). So, I tried logging in with the email that is know is registered to the account (because I have Log-in coded from Ente sent to the email), and its giving me an error messages saying 'email not registered' and 'Something went wrong'. I tried using my computer and tried logging in through the web and nothing is working.

Did you finish the login process completely? For photos, Post email verification, we show a screen to backup recovery key, once move to next page (either by skipping or saving it ), then the sign up is considered as complete..
I've used it for about a year. The account is completely set up. I cant even get pass the login page because its saying the email is not registered (which makes no sense because I know its the correct email)
Could you contact [email protected] from your registered email address?
Update: Turns out, Ente Photos and Ente Authenticator share the same backend. So if you sign up on Ente Photos with the same email as Ente Authenticator, they are linked together. I didnt like Ente Photos and i had lots of Photos backup on the app. So I deleted Ente photos with the account to remove all my data, this in return deleted all my data/account from Ente Authenticator. Im not sure why its that way since its two different services they provide but currently trying to see if there was anyway to recover my data from Ente Authenticator since I have codes of important/work accounts on there.

It's like most platforms, if you delete your protonmail account you also delete your password manager account etc.
