hi,

i have been using Ente for 2 months now but i don't really like the layout/interface/UI or something. i will secretly choose Google Photos. here is some feedback maybe in a future update make a Layout/interface/UI something like Google Photos for both phone and Windows app because i am bothered by the fact that it doesn't really look good. another suggestion maybe also add Google Play pay for example Google play Credit so you can pay with it in the app itself instead of how it is now.

furthermore i am very satisfied with this alternative of Google photos

Hey, are you referring to the gallery, or a different screen?

I don't really find anything to my taste in terms of screens. I would say make multiple themes so users can choose for example the default theme with layout or a theme with a similar layout screens like Google photos

I am very used to Google Photos in terms of the layout of the gallery and all other pages on Google Photos and suddenly I cannot get used to this "boring" layout of Ente

So a kind of immich self host photo layout that looks like Google's so I like that better. But I don't like hosting something myself that's why I chose Ente 😅

There are certain parts of the interface we are improving. But we are doing so with our own design system, instead of replicating Google's. Hopefully you'll like some of it 🙂
