It's good to get to the truth about MHJ but things are still so messy. I see more and more complete debunking on stuff I was not 100% confident I knew about and just feel more confident in supporting her. I started off so against her in so many ways. But as always and I'll repeat this a thousand times, if the girls, their parents, tons of people who's worked with over the years still support her, there must be a strong reason for it.
I care so much about the girls I really want to make sure they are with good company so please don't stop letting your doubts out there. I'll always have doubts and I'd love more than anything for all of those doubts to disappear.

Attorney Noh stated, “Personnel-related documents must not be retained beyond the legally mandated storage period. Once this period expires, they must be destroyed within five days, and failure to do so may constitute a violation of data protection laws. However, with the consent of a former employee, documents necessary for purposes such as issuing certificates of employment can be retained.”

A seniour HR executive from a global company stated, "Most global companies require confidentiality and non-compete agreements at the time of hiring to prevent issues like technology leaks. When non-compete clauses are implemented, they are generally accompanied by reasonable compensation."

The executive added, "This seems to be a method of exerting pressure, but there’s little a company can do in such cases. The interpretation can vary depending on whether the agreement applies to all positions or only to specific ones."

Attorney Noh commented, “Requiring departing employees to sign broad non-litigation agreements, especially in the absence of a concrete dispute, constitutes a severe infringement of workers' rights and could be deemed invalid according to Supreme Court precedents as an anti-humanitarian provision.”

Regarding the matter, HYBE stated, "The documents required upon an employee's resignation undergo legal review and are handled at a level consistent with industry norms.
