I still know a couple of people who have only ever relied on /r/kpop for K-pop updates and I know some YouTube K-pop MV reactors who are the same. It's the only place where the entire feed is about K-pop and is very up to date, compared to Twitter where it can be a mess to navigate. It's such a shame there aren't places like this that aren't so heavily biased with its moderation.

I don't think the injunction will be the gotcha, but rather if the police investigation into the various criminal complaints from HYBE and its subsidiaries are dismissed and not sent to prosecution (which I expect won't be)

The only way main court rules mhj must be seated as CEO is if mhj side can prove hybe appointed new bod and instructed them specifically to do something that would lead to hybe failing the agreement and the bod decision was not an independent decision without hybe's influence
