Nakano is interesting but its mostly for older anime/manga type stuff if you're looking for anime stuff

If you want something more recent or currently mainstream, then ikebukuro or Akihabara are your better options

Nakano is also really good if you're trying to find an expensive watch since a lot of second hand shops are there

Just be warned that akihabara prices are a bit high

You can find much better pricing at book off stores but that requires you to go hunting around the city

You can also check out Mandrake or book off if you're looking for retro games, etc
