The confusion comes from thinking that selecting seats is the same as asking to pay for all the seats you want. When it's just that if you ask for one ticket but then select the preference for all four seats, you will only have to pay for one seat or zero seats if you lose.

The global and presale will automatically charge your card if you win but you will also receive an email notification for the winning seats, the main issue is the card you specifically used if it’s going to allow an international purchase or transaction without it being flagged as frauds charges. You will need to notify your main bank if the card you use to purchase the raffle tickets does not flag intl purchases.

If you don’t have enough money in your CC/Debit card, one thing will happen in this instance. You will be notified about the purchase not being complete, then might not be able to pay for it even after you get notified. Other one is you do get notified to change your payment method. But in this instance you can’t afford to pay your winning applications, you do realize they will ban your account due to not paying it right?

Thats why there’s a time limit to the payment, they give you time to make sure you pay the seats you went for. After that, if you can’t pay good bye to future applications.

Well the global one is using weverse due to the membership ID so that’s much more important to pay for so your global ID won’t get banned for future applications but remember they have your name in that too for passport purposes and for any other reasons you can get blocked or banned for.

They can just do the name search for personal and weverse account and tie them together and you’d still be banned for stuff like just not paying for such a simple task.

Think about it, they said you have to put your name like from the passport and or drivers license, they got your name in the system lol. Regardless of having 10 emails

If you win all 4, you will pay for all 4. Or basically see what the consequences are.

Korea does the presale system where fanclub members get access to presale

However there its just a free for all

Scalpers are pretty common

Japan has scalpers too, but they can't charge as much because seating is randomized

No one can guarantee you a front row seat because no one knows what seat they have until a few days before the show.

Some concerts, you won't know your seat until you literally enter the venue

You're competing against 2 major groups

1. Koreans, who have the fastest internet and will queue up first because global fans are not in Korea and therefore will have latency issues.

2. Chinese scalpers who have bots and macros who pick up the best seats.

Though they are trying to crack down pretty heavily on that, though its almost impossible to get rid of entirely

So once you sat down, they would ID check you

and see if your ID matched the list of names they had for the seating area
