If you're gonna sell a set, just divide it to the amount of members of the group. Like if a set is 40$ then divide it by 5 and round it off to the nearest $.

So you don't spend everything by yourself, and at least whoever is joining will be like okay everyone is = to each other and won't think that the other members are expensive.
