if we are talking about get up album's price from the renowned sites, ktown4u has the lowest price because it has no POB, so i assume that's the base price for the album, so if other sites are selling the album with higher price because it has POBs, then the difference would be because of the POBs price and thats the reasonable price for selling the POBs, this how i think

There are lots of cute 1P binders from AliExpress, I use 1P binder (3 rings) so it's not a PVC sleeve, but normal PP sleeve. You can get the sleeves from daiso or other brands too I think.
