Again, it’s Blizzard’s decision at the end of the day, making a champion skin can take up a lot of time cause you need to find a good storyline for the skin first, then talked to Shanghai dragons about it, to get the narrative down. Then, the artwork team will design the skin with the team based on their discussions, but that doesn’t mean the skin will be out on immediately, everything adds up and it can take a while, it’s not a purple skin which you just recolor it and call it good, be patient my friend👍🏻try to understand how video game studios works👌🏻
