Depends on what you want to get out of it. If you want to better understand the game, I think Custa has a lot of breakdowns on his YouTube channel of OWL games. You might also get some inside information at times on how things work with him being an ex player and on the desk now, but that last bit is probably not what I'd focus on. If you want to get more into specific teams, there are some (most aren't really great at it) with content on their own channels.

Every fight seems to be excessive. But that is sorta what Custa tries to do. He has fights where he talks about macro but also goes down into player cams for some of his OWL vod reviews. The one thing I will say, and this is just something you sacrifice since he does them live on Twitch and uploads them later, is that sometimes he gets distracted by other things and misses moments or feels like he's tuned out. But those are moments, mostly he is pretty on point. And obviously you won't agree with everything he says, they are still opinions.

With what is played right now, at esport levels of play. Probably Wrecking Ball on most maps is probably most impactful. Not by straight up getting kills but he sets up a lot of things for the team. His piledriver is almost used as a sort of Orisa halt at times.
Dva has a lot of value in enabling that impact by either peeling, denying abilities and such. And if Dva messes up your whole team will certainly suffer. But I think there's only very few Dva's that can play her to the level that makes her impact insane by eating almost every pulsebomb, grav, Mei ult etc.

If you are mid fight in each others faces, Dva offers a lot more value. If you are setting up positions and trying to initiate a play I'd say I'd rather have a ball.
