after every team had played 4 games they were ranked based on their results

and they had a tournament

the tournaments were for extra points and money

and after all the 16 games were played they were ranked again

and there was a cut-off meaning a few teams did not get to participate in the grand finals knockouts qualifiers

tl:dr teams qualified based on results in the regular season

Hmm I can give you a bit of a run down @candid gyro
So for the most part they both opted for ball comps, with chengdu opting for zen brig and fuel going for lucio moira usually

In general the fights would just result in scrappy picks that fuel ended up coming out on top, better positioning with emps etc

First map was lijiang tower and it was not one sided but fuel didnt drop a map. Imo fearless played really well on ball

Next map Volskaya, fuel actually rolled chengdu super hard on attack, but then after struggling on point A things go super well for chengdu's point b attack with a nice pulse bomb eat and a tragic boop happening against a hacked hanbin

After 2-2, chengdu fail to manage to cap point A, sadly only getting 99.1% progress and then losing point and fuel even though they lost the first few attacks had a lot more time and eventually managed to push in and win

Last map eichenwalde, Fuel on attack outmaneouver them off the first point and play it really well, eventually getting full cap. On chengdu attack they get unlucky, getting it to 95% and then with a recontest from fuel they get clapped

Notable things is that fuel opted into winston quite a bit, and sparkle even went and played doom a bit
