Okay I'm only going to say this once. It doesn't matter what the Chinese public thinks of it. The big orgs have to protect their own employees and themselves. The Chinese government is scary as hell. They can basically make anything happen within their borders. The chinese teams are really only chinese on paper. The orgs are from China but a lot of the players are from Korea or elsewhere. I don't think the public is what needs to be worried about right now. It's the fact that Chinese orgs are boycotting sbb EVEN THOUGH he said he was sorry with a well written apology. It's not really about the community since they've been raised on the views that are considered right by the ccp

With all the Chinese teams saying they refuse to participate in matches against SBB I went and did the quick math. If they refuse to play then that’s a forfeit. So Seoul play NYXL, Shanghai, Chengdu and Guangzhou next stage. Therefore as long as they can beat NYXL (which seems likely) it’s an easy 4-0. All they’ve gotta do is put SBB on the starting roster for three matches. As a Seoul fan, I cannot wait to be the best in APAC.
