Depends on mouse dpi but for reference Ans/diem/a bunch of others play 800 dpi 4 in game sensitivity, this translates to 800 x 4 edpi, which is 3200, then some play at 1600 2 which translates to 3200 as well. With 800 being probably the most common dpi Haksal plays 800 30 which is 800 x 30 which is 24000edpi. The average edpi is 3200-7200 or so range and Haksal plays at 24000 thousand, so in short, yes anything above 10 on console is abnormally fast
