there is a myriad of stats tracked by overwatch that you dont get to see, because if they showed you the stats then players will make the mistake of caring about individual performance over wins like you are now. if it's anything like cs, then things like offensive assists, zoning, how hard you win duels, how hard you shut down opponents, things like that are tracked
every single stat that every competitive game shows you is not a worthy stat to track
all the important ones you need to know are always hidden in the MMR system
i suggest watching your friends gameplay and yours and compare, also its worth saying that bronze and silver really arent that far apart, youre able to queue together so youre basically the same skill level
this is like complaining that your friend got a C and you got a C- when you studied together, he probably just was better on the test but you both still got a lot to improve
