It’s not rocket science that the role with double the amount of heroes has more players than it

The current 6v6 mode has a lot more tank players in it I feel then other roles sometimes
I’m a tank main to have been forever. But I’ll get locked out of tank semi often in 6v6

Why is more dps oriented supports something we want though. It makes dps feel less impactful imo, and makes the role too strong. Support is broken. Anyway, you can still pop off on support in 5v5

Yeah. However I know a lot of people who lost the identity of ow1 support. It's now required to be a dps support, where as the more healing role is lost in 5v5. In 6v6, doing damage as a support was optional to win, as in only high level players really did it, but now in 5v5 its required to be a dps support. I think it's better when there's more gameplay options personally

I would argue that there is MORE playable space in 6v6, because its very possible to duel tanks and kill them, whereas in 5v5 whatever lane the tank is on is shut down and you can't take that space

It's contestable space, versus uncontested space that can sometimes have a raid boss

Personal preference for me is contestable space because being able to kill 6 people, rather than 4 gives more options
