I think the best way to start is to watch NA and EMEA and listen to what the caster say as it can maybe help and other than that just watching it will help u get less confused

Also knowing the names of the players who are playing and knowing which team they are on can help too

As for days emea and na are on Saturday and Sunday. Other regions like Korea are from Friday to Sunday. Japan was from Monday to Wednesday and Pacific was on Thursday

korea: most competitive, new strats, meta adjusting region, every finals have been from korea, if u wanna learn pro strat, this is where u wanna spend the most time
