You see there lies a different problem in that you and i arent passionte enough about pacific overwatch, watching streams at late hours for drops or the competition outside China and Korea.
Local scene in Japan has only grown and support even if they are losing money is still being invested by a very vocal minority (e.g. ANS & Ta1yo costream japan), 1440p regular season matches and LAN next week for JP grand finals.
Ill say it again, they are LOSING money but they will do it even if it's out of pocket to make their region a viable platform for local investors
