Dragging the arm around is a lot more precise than super high sense that's why when you look at aim and reaction time based games like counter strike everyone is running super low sensitivities. You can be precise on a higher sensitivity it's just a lot harder to be consistent. But even at like 1600 5 you are still at such a high sensitivity arm movement is barely a thing
Like there's high sensitivities, but yours is like 4x higher than even the highest sensitivity players
Lower sensitivity makes you more accurate on hitscan because you have more control over where the crosshair goes to make up for the loss of speed
