its a little hard to explain over text, easiest thing to be to just run through a draft with you, or watching the VoD will give an idea too, but to try to summarize the current system: both teams ban 1 hero, then take turns picking heroes, and each hero cna only be taken once, so if enemy team takes genji, your team cant take it, resulting in 2 asymetrical team comps
(there is also an auxiliary ban in the middle but that make the ordering much harder to explain and isnt compulsory)
does that make some sense?

Gamers8 is a saudi government funded esport event with like 50mill total pricepool and 7 figure (even 8 figure in dotas case) pricepool per each esport
And owl level money = owl level teams
So we will get atleast one tier1 level event this year
Also to note, from what ive seen in other esports there arent any nationality restrictions like in saudi e league
