Ok first off, he does do that. its proven. there are YT videos of streamers and other players calling him out for this. A lot of times he would either duo with a specific gm4 mercy or a dps duo and he would bully a support into into playing mercy so that he could minimize rng in his games and essentially play in artificially created 3 stacks. This is COMMON knowledge by everybody that knows the situation. Second, maxranging has always been an issue, even in overwatch 1, which hcpeful talks about in the video. it just wasnt as pronounced in ow1. Im surprised that you dont know any of this. All of this is OLD news.

If I am building an overwatch league team, it will be difficult for me to build a mixed roster and succeed, so I will go full Korean or full western. Many players cannot operate in the mixed teams cause their English is bad.
Same goes for here, men and women typically don't mix (ask the Military why they split units between men and women) and so it makes sense from a synergistic standpoint to build an all male or all female roster.
If I am a coach, I'm making a team to win, not making a team to appeal arbitrary ideas of equality. The best player is the player that is most fit with the team.
