After watching the atlanta match very thoroughly. I'm aware this is going to sound like cope, but from what I seen Donghak wasn't really throwing, sure map 5 he threw in ult on 2nd point when he should have let the fight go at that crucial fight loss with him and chiyo fighting. But it was really just super fucking great play from monk all series with the sleeps and anti nades. From map 3 onward they focused Donghak down nearly every dive he made. And I honestly think lip swapping to match shy on the sojourn was the best option. But shy was putting in alot of work before he was getting nanoed to output that much offense. Whenever he ulted and got nanoed, he cleared. And I don't really fault Atlanta for getting hit with a shillshot that just deletes. Donghak was getting nanoed in to apply pressure and get kills on dives but it guxue never needed it because fielder (even though I feel like he played a great game) wasn't doing the same to just hard focus on the whinston diving in with all his cooldowns. Instead it was "throw the anti nade, and have donghak and Stalker go kill" and I feel like because even through the comps were similar the strat they had going in was different after map 3 and mmonk did a great job putting it into effect nearly every dive.
